In a Hatha Yoga class you will be guided by the instructor through a series of poses designed to stretch and strengthen your body. Classes vary based on their level. Hatha Yoga classes may include continuous movement through vinyasa - as in our hatha flow class, or in-depth focus on specific poses. All will end with deep relaxation.
