A 4 week series meeting the first 4 Fridays in August.

Classes will look at the balance between stability and mobility needed for functional movement and joint health at any age. Each class will feature breakout sessions to evaluate movement and give helpful insight on the types of activities and exercises you can do to improve your movement patterns and joint health.

Session 1 - August 2 - The anatomy of healthy joints (identify problem areas with movement screens

Session 2 - August 9 - Upper back, neck and shoulder complex

Session 3 - August 16 - Lower back and hip complex

Session 4 - August 23 - Feet and knees
