Yoga Nidra: Winter

Nidra is the Sanskrit word for sleep. Yoga Nidra is the "sleep of the yogi". In this 90 minute practice you'll be guided through the 5 koshas (layers of being) into the realm between sleep and wakefulness. You’ll emerge from the practice feeling rested and whole. We will conclude the practice with reflective journaling while sharing Yogi Tea (masala chai)

Transition to the introspective winter season, set intentions (sankalpa) for the coming year.

You will be lying down for the entire practice, please feel free to bring any pillows or blankets that will make you comfortable.
