Chair Yoga 5 Week Fall I Series


Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Chair Yoga is for people

- with limited range of motion

- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)

- who need assistance balancing

- beginning to introduce exercise

- who are new to yoga

Monday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 1- class will be seated and standing only.

Mondays will meet 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, and 10/7

Thursday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 2- class will include seated and standing, as well as floor work.

Thursdays will meet 9/5, 9/12, 9/26, 10/3, and 10/10
