Chair Yoga 5 Week Fall II Series

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Chair Yoga is for people

- with limited range of motion

- recovering from injury or surgery (must be released by doctor)

- who need assistance balancing

- beginning to introduce exercise

- who are new to yoga

Monday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 1- class will be seated and standing only.

Mondays will meet 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, & 11/18

Thursday sessions are Chair Yoga Level 2- class will include seated and standing, as well as floor work.

Thursdays will meet 10/24, 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, & 11/21
